Once you have made a purchase, it cannot be cancelled, rejected or returned. However, Jivaka Pharma may cancel your order if the product/s you have ordered are out of stock. In such a case, we will inform you before proceeding with the cancellation process. We may also partially dispatch your order with the currently available products and cancel the remaining product/s that are out of stock. We will inform you of this action beforehand, so you know your order’s status.
We provide services to remote areas in India. In such situations, we use India Post services, which are reliable and efficient, when other courier partners cannot deliver on time or do not have service in those areas. The post office thoroughly verifies the contents of each shipment before acceptance. If the post office believes the item may be damaged during transit, they will not accept the shipment. In such a case, we will promptly inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount paid.
If you receive a product visibly damaged, or in poor condition, it is advisable not to accept the delivery. Instead, we request you take a picture of the package or the product and immediately contact our Customer Care team at (+91) 9494884422 or via WhatsApp at (+91) 9494884422 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you contact us, please provide your order reference number. We will do our best to arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible or inform you of the next steps. Please note that damaged or poorly conditioned products cannot be cancelled or refunded.
