• We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the specified time frame and in top condition, regardless of where you are in India. Unfortunately, we do not ship products outside of India.
  • We ship all your ordered products together, but if any item is out of stock, we may dispatch the product/s partially. We will notify you before doing so.
  • Our goal is to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), except for public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
  • We rely on trusted courier companies or India Post for shipping. Before handing over the products to our shipping partners, we take great care in packaging and handling them. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days for your order to be delivered.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any damage or delays caused during transit, as transit time may vary depending on the destination. Each shipping company has its methods, intermediate transit locations, etc., and sometimes the delivery time is unpredictable.
  • Shipping confirmation is not the same as shipment time due to possible delays in communicating shipping details. However, you can track the progress of your delivery using the tracking details sent to your email or phone.   • For orders below Rs. 299/-, a flat shipping and delivery charge of Rs. 60 is added. Shipping and delivery charges are free for orders above Rs. 299/-. However, shipping and handling charges may vary for certain product/s due to their weight and value. The shipping and handling charges for that particular product/s will be specified separately on the product page and in your cart.
