Internal: 3g powder, once or twice a day with warm water/ honey/ ghee or as advised by the physician.
External:
Hair strength and growth: Soak the required quantity of powder in curd for 5-6 hours/ castor oil. After some time, apply the paste all over the hair and wash it off after an hour.
Face lustre and glow: Soak the required quantity of powder along with saffron/ turmeric in rose/warm water for 1 hour. After some time, apply the paste as a mask to the faceand wash it off after30minutes.
