Aja mamsa, vasa/medha – Meat & muscle fat of Capra hircus; Bala (Sida cordifolia); Masha (Vigna mungo); Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera); Duralabha (Mucuna pruriens); Sunthi (Zingiber officinale); Maricha (Piper nigrum); Pippali (Piper longum); Satahva (Anethum sowa); Godudgha – Cow’s milk; Tilam Tailam – Oil of Sesame indicum.
Usage: Internal, External, Vasti, Pichu, Parisheka Sweda and Gandusha (Gargle).
Internal: 6 – 10 drops of Rasa Tailam – two times a day with warm milk or as advised by the physician.
External: Take sufficient Rasa Tailam and gently massage the affected area or all over the body. Leave for at least an hour or two; follow up with steam or a warm bath for better results.
Gargle: Put a tablespoon (8 – 10ml.) of Rasa Tailam in your mouth and swish the oil for 10–15 minutes, pushing and pulling it between teeth. Later spit out the oil and wash your mouth with warm water, or can even brush your teeth for freshness.
