Taruni (Rosa Indica); Hareetaki (Terminalia chebula); Markandika (Cassia angustifolia); Avartaki (Cassia auriculata); Abhayadi modaka; Sita – Sugar; Madhu – Honey; Ghruta – Ghee

Note: Dosage is different for everyone as it is specific to one’s digestive strength.

Daily Laxative:  3g – 12g Lehyam with water or as advised by the physician.
