Triphala Churnam

Hareetaki (Terminalia chebula), Vibheetaki (Terminalia bellirica), Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica)

3g – 6g powder, once or twice a day with buttermilk/ honey/ lukewarm water /ghee or as directed by the physician, or you can try these remedies to get the benefits.

To control Unhealthy weight: Take ½ to 1 teaspoonful of Triphala churnam with honey on an empty stomach early in the morning and evening.

For intestine cleansing: ¼ to ½ teaspoonful of Triphala churnam with one glass of buttermilk before bed.

For relieving constipation: ½ – 1 teaspoonful of Triphala churnam once or twice a day with lukewarm water or buttermilk.

To improve Eyesight/ Eye health: ½ teaspoon Triphala churnam with one teaspoonful of cows’ ghee once or twice daily.

For cleaning the wounds: Take 100ml. Of water, mix 10g. of Triphala churnam, boil it and reduce it to half the quantity, and extract the decoction to clean the wounds.

For Scalp, Hair and Skin health: Mix the required quantity of Triphala churnam with warm oil or curd (for dry skin & hair) or warm water (for oily skin & hair) to make a paste. Then, apply the paste as a mask over the needed body to improve the scalp, hair, and skin’s texture and health. Later you can wash it with warm water when the paste is dried.

For a youthful look: Take ¼ to ½ teaspoonful of Triphala churnam with one glass of buttermilk before bed to promote anti-ageing properties and maintain a youthful look.
