Madeephala rasayana is well known for its antiemetic properties for all ages, including pregnant women. However, it is also best known for its effective properties, such as carminative, digestive, and cholagogue action in correcting various imbalances associated with digestion, absorption and assimilation.

Quantity

Cures biliousness (Pittaja vikara).

Improves gut motility and gastric secretion.

Controls nausea, vomiting, morning sickness (Hyperemesis Gravidarum) and travel sickness.

Habitual intake will improve digestion and treat multiple digestive disorders like abdominal bloating, distension, belching, constipation etc.

Pregnant care:           

It can be used regularly by pregnant women for health and well-being.

Regular use throughout pregnancy can control nausea, vomiting, indigestion, loss of appetite and itching.

Dadima (Punica granatum), Jeeraka (Cumin cyminum), Ardraka (Zingiber officinale), Jambeera (Citrus limon), Saindhava – Rock salt, Sita – Sugar.

General usage: 10ml – 20ml, to be licked twice or thrice a day

Pregnant women: 10ml (1 tablespoon full) can be licked two to six times a day or as advised by the physician.
